Guest readings do not create an account. Use End and clear conversation to clear Jyoti, or Clear both people to clear a chart comparison. Changing language ends the current Jyoti conversation. Clearing this website cannot delete data already processed by Sarvam; use Sarvam’s privacy process for that.
Clear a reading
Use Clear my data on the Kundali page. It clears the form, consent, place search and reading and cancels any outstanding browser request. Copies explicitly saved on this device remain in Your reports; use Remove there to delete them, with undo until you leave the page or remove another report. A calculation already running on the server may finish, then its process exits; it is not saved.
Downloaded copies
PDFs and data files you save are on your device. Delete those files yourself when you no longer need them; clearing the website does not remove downloads.
Cloud profile and account deletion
When accounts are connected, My account lets you delete your saved name and birth details. This keeps your login account. To remove the login account or a contact enquiry too, write to info@simplyvoxa.com from the registered email. We verify ownership before deleting private data.
